I just did a factory install on my year old PC about a week ago, updated all my drivers, etc., crossed my fingers and re-installed Impulse (the reason I had to reboot my system in the first place!).

Impulse installed and updated ok but then I got the dreaded "Experiencing network difficulties..." message when I tried downloading anything from my Object Desktop Ultimate subscription or anything else for that matter. I attempted to download at different times of the day spread out over a couple of days and I was able to get the odd program. I thought Impulse was supposed to be fast! I eventually tried downloading multiple programs, a bunch of MyColor skins and 'SkinStudio 6 Professional' by clicking all of them. When I checked the downloads several hours later I did get a few of the skins but SS6 Pro failed to download and the link was gone from the list.

I thought I’d try checking the 'Use legacy download system (BITS)' box to see if that would help with the downloads and surprisingly enough it worked and was faster but the SS6 Pro link was still gone!

I went to the Explore tab (store) and it’s listed there but what happened to it in 'My Desktop' tab? How do I get it back? How do I download SkinStudio 6 Professional? aaahhh!!??
