[Suggestion] - Base Build

Not sure if this is already on the radar or if it is just a crazy thought but what about having to start on the map with no base setup and your Demigod has a set number of light towers and portals and gold mines to setup along with the Citadel and shop before the start of the match.  This approach adds another element to the game where you have to consider placement of your structures around the flags on your side instead of just starting a match with pre-placed structure.  Just a thought, like I said, maybe a bit over the top.

They have stated that there will be no base building.  Unless something drastic changes, I would say this will be a "no".  The point is to get a great game with out the headache of a long setup.  I personally like this I dea but would be driven mad by dumb decisions of team mates.  Would be an interesting idea for inclusion in an expansion pack if there is interest though.

I'm against it, this game is unique as its like a RTS, while holding strong RPG points.  Base building just doesnt seem to belong.  I could see maybe a single building that the demigod built upon for increased bonus's or something, like the Castle idea.  But other then that, no.

Starting with a weak basic tower network with some buyable towers could be cool.

FWIW, the devs are considering a capturable flag which will allow limited placement of towers.  It's been a couple of weeks since we heard anything about this, though, so it might have been scrapped.

This could be used but changes. So that u start with no towers but u can buy towers at specific points but once the tower dies the point were u build it cant be used again.

I'd quite like to see the ability to buy back destroyed towers of light at an exorbitant cost (say 3000 Gold or similar).

That's it though. I'm against base building in general for this game.
