You might have heard from the devs that they used "beyond compare" for programming.
It is a really useful tool wich points out differences between files or even whole folders. It is a real releave when it comes to updating mods after a patch. Comparing the whole gameinfo-folder takes just seconds and the programm maeks every difference between files with colors. Sadly "beyond compare" is limited fpr 30 days. Then you would have to pay about 20€ to maintain it.
But there is a freeware-open source tool witch does exactly the same. It name is "winmerge". The most current version is 2.10 as far as i know. I Posted a link where you can download it. The site is perfectly save, and for those of you who do not understand german: You just have to klick the blue "Zum Download"-button, but i think the download starts automaticly anyway..
