If you install a product and activate it many times this can happen. The default limit is very high and people should very rarely reach it under normal usage (heck, I work here and install stuff all the time, and have only ever had to have it reset once).
Contact support@stardock.com and they can reset it for you.
Wow... I'm amazed. The limit is very very high. I got a warning that I was past it, but that was back in sins, and it wasn't a hard limit, just a 'be warned, we're instituting a limit' back then. That's what three betas in quick succession and a very flaky third computer will do to you.
I've opened up a ticket at Stardock Support so I hope they can help me resolve this issue.
Not to be prude, but isn't Stardock's bread and butter DRM free games? If I can't even install a game more than 3-5 times doesn't that defeat the whole purpose? I can understand if there were 30 installs within an hour at various IP addresses across the globe but in my case it just doesn't seem fair.
