You can play it as long you have it on you're system.
Later it is possible that the online server for automatching games are offline, but i do not expect that there is some kind of time limit on the beta
Until you overwrite all copies of it and update your installation, no. Also, the end of beta 1 is the day beta 2 starts, IIRC.
