Modding Noob

How to convert binary to text or text to binary

Hi All,

Forgive my noobish ways but I am taking my first steps into the wonderful world of modding.

I just want to know how i can convert a binary file into a text file so i can mod it then convert it back to binary?.

any advice would be appreciated

Ah.... erm like where do I find them? ( Remember I am a complete noob )

I cant even get my computer to log into the ironclad online. do i use the same user name and password that i dreated for this account or do i have to make anouther one.
