I'm looking at all the options to do with damage, and cooldowns, and as I enter in my information then test it, it seems to not be quite what I was trying to do.
And then as I've been messing with it more, thinking that I knew what I had done wrong, and attempted to increase the damage output, I have actually lessened it!
So what I'm trying to figure out is, in here:

Does this have anything at all whatsoever with determining damage/dps? I am figuring (now) that it doesn't and is only affecting the number of times the gun actually shoots and not touching how much damage is done.
Whatever the case is with that, I am guessing that these highlighted items are what determines a weapon's damage:
DamagePerBank:FRONT 0.000000
DamagePerBank:BACK 0.00000
DamagePerBank:LEFT 60.000000
DamagePerBank:RIGHT 60.000000
Range 15000.000000
PreBuffCooldownTime 4.700000
DamagePerBank seems self-explanatory, and then PreBuffCooldown to me means that this is how often they shoot, in seconds. So the left and right banks will fire, and 4.7 seconds later they will fire again.
Please correct me if I'm making a mistake somewhere, as I'm not seeing it translate correctly in the game itself.
One last question, the Average Autocannon Damage: ## in the game in the unit info, what number is that respresenting, damage per salvo, damage per second, or something else?
