Example, You can manually tell a Hoshinko to fix a capital ship.  however, a few minutes later, it will fix a cheap small ship while your level 6 KOL is being battered to crap.

I'd like to assign a ship full time repair duty to that Kol.  Is that possible?

Similarly, a capital ship with Shield Restore, can I assign it to permenently boost up a certain capital ship instead of a cheap unit?
