I heard about this game yesterday... That is, I saw the trailer on some site, I signed up just now and pre-ordered. Hoping to try beta, ofc

Hopefully there's still time to join the beta. I'd love to but I've no way to actually pay for it. As my parents apparently don't trust credit cards or the internet. So i'll likely have to wait to see when/if it hits store shelves.


Have your parrents heard of pay-pal? Not affending any1, but thats what my parrents use on the INT. its safe and easy.

- ps: im gonna pre-order it... So ill be 1 of those fellow europeans

FYI, kryo said on IRC last night that if they ever run out of beta spots, they'll say so. So basically, everyone who preordered up to this point should definitely be in, and they still aren't out

Unless you mean system requirements, which aren't known - though the game is based on the SupCom engine.

a decent PC should be able to play it, my pc is 5 years old and i play Supcom almost every day 

And the System REQ. are a bit lower than Supcom, so if u dont have it, u can DL they Supcom demo and see if u can play that. If u can, you should be able to play this game... Heard it from some1 else btw

SupCom demo might not be the best thing to test it on, unfortunately, since I believe later patches optimized the engine quite a bit. But it'd still be a decent ball-park

Watch out: I am in the beta of Demigod and I am the 345203 best player in Supreme Commander. I'll beat you all.

Do you think Demigod will run fine on:
AMD Athlon 4000+
Geforce 7800 GTX
1 gig ram
x-fi xtreme gamer

I have got another computer wich is better and must run Demigod fine. It can play Race Driver: GRID on medium-high settings, but overheats then. I have no idea how to fix that, because it is a notebook. A new fan isn't possible.

and shadow, maybe give your computer another Gig Ram and he is still a very good gaming-station in my opinion. no one need high-end vista DX10 graphics. with a good configured windows (XP!!!^^) and a clean system, it should run without any problems.

Ich bin zwar auch Deutsch, aber damit es auch wirklich alle verstehen werde ich dir dennoch auf Englisch antworten.

I'm not sure if you know it already, but almost every DirectX 10 effect can be made with DirectX 9, too, the only bad thing is that it's a little bit more complicated to do it with DirectX 9. A lead designer of another game said this.

If I have one gigabyte RAM more, would I get a better performance in games like Supreme Commander/Demigod even if I have got a single core CPU?
