Impulse is, for the sake of argument, a snazzier Stardock Central. It will be fully aware of all the Stardock products you own already. If you want to try it before initial release, it's here:http://storage.stardock.com/files/Impulse_setup.exeImpulse is a bit flaky, but where it's at now is a bit better than where it was a few weeks ago. My biggest problem was it not recognizing that I had Dark Avatar and Twilight installed. I had to hack the registry and add key values.So be aware that it's still in beta and not perfect. it will show some application updates that SDC does not show, because it apparently does use a different back-end for the installations than SDC. -HM
