Where is all the research data for a given race, say the Psi? I am asking because I would love to start certain races with an "edge" over others in Harmony, some in Hostility and yet others in artifacts.
Can someone post the method and steps (data input req'd) of what might be edited to give a certain research right at the beginning of the game?
What might one do to open all research at the beginning of the game? (for when a friend and I just want to hash it out from the beginning, or when I want to give my son all techs from start and leave myself with standard)
Any advice/input is appreciated.
