Doesn't requiring a unique CD-Key to get online, get patches, and get tech help via this forum count as copy protection?
In todays world of DRM, SecuRom, Starforce, and myriad other stupidities... not really.
Not that it's a bad thing, but from my point of view, this game uses more copy protection than most games, which only require a unique CD-Key to play online.
Most games require the CD in the drive to play. Many more games require online activation of some kind simply to
play (not patch). I don't play some of my games half as often as I might, simply because the hassle of swapping the CD's out isn't something I'm interested in.
