I'm currently working on a custom map for some friends and I to play on. I was wondering if there's a way to edit which stars can go to other stars (like editing phase lanes for the planets) or if you can just jump from any star to any star.

The reason I ask is I want to start everyone out around their own little piddly sun and have a central star system rich in resources to fight over.
