I played a fantasy election and messed with the world settings and randomized everything. When I went back to playing campaign mode, all those settings carried over, so I had randomized state populations, unusual issues, etc. Is this supposed to happen? I guess this is a nice feature, to add variety to the campaign. But didn't realize you could do it, and I've already played all the way through the campaign as a republican. If this is a feature, shouldn't you be able to change these settings after clicking on "Campaign Play"? As it is now, you have to start a fantasy election, quit, and then do "Campaign Play".
