Im aware they can only initiate a trade with one another every 8 turns, but are they likely to do so whenever they can? and when they do will they trade one tech or alot of techs?

And how likely are they to hold onto a more advanced tech, like if i want to help out a minor race and i give him some good techs, is he just gonna end up trading them away himself to the other races for his own benefit?


Im trying to decide whether im gonna be playing all my games with tech trading on or off so everyones input and knowledge is welcome
