Can someone tell me why i would build a Galactic Resort. For a wonder it doesnt seem to have the greatest effect. I just build a regular happy-place building on my planets. the description says its just for that planet but maybe thats wrong, does it effect your whole civilization?

Also, i asked this in anbother thread buut i cant find it now. (stop laughing at me, lol) Was it an intensional change that we can now trade trade-goods with multiple AI's? Until i updated for my current game, once i traded one it was gone from the trade screen.
