Upgradable planet tiles

I might be a little confused, but wanted to check something.
When you researched Xeno Ethics, where you have to choose an alignment, you would get all planet tiles upgraded for free.

In the newest game I am playing, ver 1.3, I did not see that happen. I don't see any notes about it in the change log.

Is anybody esle seeing this? Or have any ideas?

What alignment did u choose? U only get it if u choose neutral.

neutral let you get all the planet tiles for free, not good or evil, if you don't get the planet tiles upgraded for free, and you sure you choose neutral, so you'll have to post your debug error (for more info go to the forum How To Report Crashes and Bugs / troubleshooting tips link to the forum: Link) , or to contact one of the devs. anyway, the debug error is located in the galciv 2 main folder:

?:\Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\GalCiv2

? - the drive you installed the game.

in the game i started today i choose neutral and got the tiles, so this should work fine.

Ah, neutral only. I had missed that detail.

I choose good for this game so that would explain it.
