I tried using search but either I typed the wrong thing or nothing was there, so forgive me if this has been asked 100 times.

I read that you can get a CD retail copy through the mail if you just pay the postage and handling if you bought the game originally as a download through totalgaming. But HOW do you exactly go about letting Stardock know you would like to do this? I see no answer to this, just that you can do it. Any help here?
