I have pretty much decided that Production on the planet sceen only effects that planet. A factory built on one planet has absolutly no effect on another planet, or any other part of the game except on that one planet. The effect is Local. While research centers have a Univeral effect. Bulding a research facility has no effect on the planet itself.
I would like to know if anyone has compiled a list of bonuses/effects that details their effect/impact.
