GalCiv2 Account issue

I am posting this per the sticky about getting the game downloaded.

I have created a ticket for my account issue per the sticky post and am now posting here in hopes that it may resolve my ticket quicker (again per the sticky)

My ticket is BIF-699240. (To me it appears to be a merging email addresses problem, but that of course just my opinion)
