Can anyone explain me how to calculate advantage factor and how all elements are linked?

about an invasion tactic with mass drivers i meant that advantage factor will be always AT LEAST between 10 and 15 due to air superiority and not taking in account other factor as soldiering, courage or tech level

Here's how I think about it. I don't know if this is actually correct but it seems to fit the results I get in my invasions.

1) The soldiering value is basically the hit points of your soldiers. A high value here means more will survive through the battle. It may also affect attack rating but without seeing individual hits and misses it is hard to make that determination.
2) Technology seems to be linked to how advanced you are compared to your enemy. Again this may affect hit and miss calculations.
3) Advantage seems to be a pure multiplier. Let's say you star with 2000 troops and the enemy has 10000. If you manage to get the Att vs. Def meter to read 5:1 then you would both fight with in affect 10000 troops. Anything that increases this number for you is a great help. I've managed to take over enemy planets with only 1000 troops and mass drivers while he had something like 15000.

Beyond that I really think the invasion algos are basically a number game. All other things being equal if you multiply the advantage numbers by the number of troops on each side you can usually figure out who is gonna win. If the soldiering values or the technology values are very different then it gets a little murkier but obviously you'd like to have the larger number on your side as often as possible.

Honestly invasions from my perspective are simply a war of attrition. Just keep sending troops to the planet until you win.
