Greeting Stardock

I have a question which probably been asked and answered more times than you care to answer, but I never said I was smart person.
I placed a order for Galactic Civinlizations 2 on DEC 11th (mail order, not download) my card was charged and I know the release date was today FEb 21st 2006 and I hope my game is on its way.( I reallly been waitng for this one) I assume you guys notify people thur my e-mail if the game is mailed. The only confirmation I had that the oder was placed, was that the card was charged on DEc 11th 2005.

1ST Q ---How do i see if you guys sent it out if i didn't get a e-mail that my oder was placed
2ND q----IF it was mailed, what is the time i should start looking for it...2-4 days, 5 days ,a month??
3RD Q----If somehow my pre-order got lost in the shuffle and i would have to place it again will I get all the goodies
that the people who pre-order did?
